Speakers are reminded that oral presentations including questions will be strictly limited to 20 minutes. Extended coffee breaks and on-site lunches will be provided to encourage further technical discussions between conference delegates.
Speakers at the conference will be provided the following equipment for oral presentations:
PC computers running the Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 versions on Windows connected to the data projectors. During the breaks there is the possibility to transfer your presentation from floppy- and CD- disks to the PCs. However, delegates are encouraged to bring their own laptops and transparencies or hard copies of their presentations in case there are problems with the computer projection systems. Please note that Macintosh system is not available. In case you need the slide projector please contact the Secretariat.
Kindly introduce your self to the chairman of your session before opening the session.
