Kindly complete and return your registration form. Please note that you can only register one delegate/author/student with an accompanying person per registration form. You may use either the paper or the electronic version to register. These forms are for the symposium and social event. Hotel reservations should be booked through Helsinki Experts Hotel Booking Centre . After submitting the form you will receive a confirmation by E-mail.
The delegate or author fee includes free admission to all the sessions of the symposium, the CD- proceedings, lunches and coffees between the sessions, as well as the Symposium Dinner. The fee for students includes free admission to all the sessions of the symposium, the CD- proceedings and coffees between the sessions. To qualify for a student rate, you have to provide a copy of your valid student ID or a letter from your professor or head of lab/institute/department that certifies your student status. The fee for accompanying guest includes the Symposium Dinner.
DEADLINES One author per paper should register in advance before the 20 August 2003. Early registration before the 20 August 2003 for all participants is recommended. Late registration after the 20 August 2003.
In case of more than one accompanying guest please notify the Secretariat.

Your registration is valid when your payment is received by the Secretariat. All payments must be in currency of Euro. All the given fees include the VATs of 22%. No cheques are accepted. The receipt for the payment will be given to you at the registration of the symposium.
Credit card payments are under the SSL- protected safety programme. In case you prefer to submit your payment order offline please fax or mail the paper version of the registration form (2 pages).

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by the Secretariat by the 29 August: the registration fee minus handling charge of EURO 17 will be refunded. Cancellations after the 29 August: no refund of the registration fee. Symposium documents will be forwarded to persons who forfeit the registration fee.
